Boundaries For Bitches

A Transformative 6-Week Workshop

Wednesday 5:30pm-7 pm PST (8:30 pm-10 pm EST)

Starting November 10th

Build Confidence

Learning to express ourselves relationally not only benefits our relationships it also builds inner confidence. When we learn to have our own back we can walk more freely in the world knowing that whatever arrises we will respond wisely.

Build Connection

Learning to honor needs, wants, desires, differences in our relationships creates more connection. We can learn to stay engaged when conflict arrises and respond from a place of care to preserve what matters to us most.

Grow in Trust

When there is a foundation of boundaries in ourselves and in our lives we can more easily relax and trust. We grow in trust with ourself and others.

Boundaries as an Avenue to Dismantling Internalized Oppression

We believe that a disconnection from wants, needs and desires comes from outside messaging. Often times family, culture and systems of oppression are at the root of where marginalized people and voices are lost. We want to do the work of helping womxn and WOC reclaim their wants, needs and desires so they can thrive and their voices and impact can serve in continuing to create needed change.

Taking Back Your Voice

A huge part of what we teach in our boundary work is to find your authentic voice. To fit in marginalized people are often forced to keep quiet and are silenced. We create a container of safety for people to start saying what they truly feel and to explore how they can authentically express themselves.

Taking Back Your Power

At the root of the marginalized experience is also a loss of power or choice. Participants are encouraged to connect with their unique desire and choice in any given moment. Exercises are offered for deeper connection and integration of feeling personal power throughout their lives.
